Hallo! I’m Adriana Luca, Head of Copy and my view is that it doesn’t matter if we talk with clients, between us, or with the king of England, we are still living, breathing human beings.

That’s why, we speak and write like ones. We communicate for people. We are authentic and honest.

Because our tone of voice reflects our personality and attitude, it’s important to use it consistently whenever we write any material. Don’t skip this if you are not a copywriter; you will still need to write stuff occasionally, even if it’s jokes for your colleagues. CARING

We never sound cold. Maybe old sometimes, but that’s only when we make unsuccessful dad jokes. We care about each other and our clients. We are welcoming, helpful and empathetic. That means we never let people down in times of need and always come up with solutions. We speak like we would like to be spoken to and come off as warm, patient, and understanding.

WITTY

You might have realized till now, but we are a lighthearted bunch. We like to amuse ourselves and others but in a clever way. We are perceptive and punchy. Every now and then, we insert clever wordplay, an amusing twist, some playfulness, unexpected comparisons, or interesting observations into our language. We like to entertain and engage our audience, but we are mindful of the context to not come across as inappropriate or offensive.

TRANSFORMATIVE

We help companies transform their businesses, and through that, we transform the world around us. We like to inspire change and drive positive action, and you can feel this in our tone of voice. We use empowering language to encourage people to take the necessary steps toward transformation, we have a visionary outlook on making the future a better place, we believe in progress, and we want to make a difference. We always emphasize the power of continuous learning and development.

More than optimistic, we are inspiring. Our enthusiasm is grounded in the idea that we can help startups make the world a better place. We believe that the best is yet to come. Our tone of voice is motivating and uplifting, leaving people energized. We use positive words and phrases to create a hopeful atmosphere.
