As a continuously growing enterprise, we have a comprehensive performance management process including 360º appraisals and KPI setting on an annual basis, which forms the basis of annual pay reviews. Pay increases are awarded based on successful ‘all of the above’ as we value increasing the base pay more than just awarding one-off bonuses.
