If we had a penny for every time we worked on a nice campaign or idea, well... we’d be running an ad agency in the heart of Transylvania. 👀 And, luckily, October did not disappoint in the ‘nice campaign or idea’ department.

This month saw us launch a new communication campaign for RSM Romania, a member of the RSM network, one of the biggest financial consultancies in the world. With the aim to remind entrepreneurs that all the questions that they might have during these uncertain and stressful times (aka 2020) have an answer, we developed a campaign that highlights the important role a company such as RSM plays to ‘make the most out of it’.


We helped bant.io – another client whose work revolves around problem solving (this time with the help of technology) – define their place in the market. They underwent our Perception Engineering programme that allowed them to define what the brand (and company) stands for and why, then took it a step forward and employed our help with rebranding as well. And because you can never have too many 'steps forward' we're working on some more stuff, so keep your eyes peeled.

Last but not least, while Christmas is still a while away, we thought it would be nice to start giving back. Which is exactly why we, together with The Startup Club, are organising an online workshop in Perception Engineering. Led by H&W Cofounder Adrian Docea, who has experience working with global clients such as Uber, Revolut, Brandcast (and more), the workshop will aim to teach you the 'ways of the successful brand': how to captivate audiences, how everything is connected - from your social media activity to UX design -, how to stand out... To name a few. The workshop is free to attend, but you will have to reserve a (digital) space!
